The Giants are 7-1 and primed for another Superbowl run!
November 3rd, 2008

I have not mentioned much about the Giants since right before the season started. That’s quite unusual because I have a plenty to cheer about so far this year. The Giants are playing like the Champions that they are, with the exception of the Cleveland game. They are 7-1, leading their division and the entire NFC. Only the Tennessee Titans have a better record at 8-0.
The Giants have the best running game in the NFL (most rushing yards per game), are among the best in run defense, points scored per game and points allowed per game. They also lead the league in sacks. This is a team that is running the ball really well and playing great defense. Even Manning is playing better than ever, having the best completion percentage in his career!
The season is now half over. You’d have to believe that getting into the playoff is just the beginnig of many good things to come! A repeat isn’t out of the question!
