WTF? Live action Dragonball movie?

Heard from a friend last night that there is going to be a live action Dragonball movie coming out next year. My God!? This morning I did a little research and confirmed it. Ok so I’m a little slow in finding out things but anyway, this is simply shocking!

I have a feeling this is gonna be one lousy film!!! See the movie poster below:
